Each project is unique and phases of development often overlap and occur simultaneously. As we work together to define, develop, and execute your vision, our team will lead you through each step of the process to provide you with the best experience possible.
Preliminary Consultation
The goal of this first phase is to gather information regarding your project which will include:

- Phone consultation
- In-person home meeting to discuss the space and overall process
- A review of the budget and project timeline
Planning & Schematic Development
We will collaborate to develop a design solution based on your preferences, needs, and budget by:

- Documenting existing conditions and producing as built drawings
- Establishing your functional and aesthetic goals
- Providing 2-3 conceptual layouts for your review with potential cabinetry plans, elevation drawings, and other schematics
Design Development
We will meet together to discuss questions and on-going design decisions in this phase:

- Refining drawings
- Showroom visits with the design team
- Material selections for cabinetry, lighting, tile, countertops, paint, and other furnishings
- Procurement of cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, and furnishings
Construction
Our collaboration continues in the construction phase:

- Coordinating with the Square Corner team of carpenters and craftsmen
- Site management of professional tradespeople and vendors
Project Completion
The end of your project will include:

- Delivery and placement of furnishings
- A final walkthrough with the Square Corner team
- A follow-up photo shoot of your new space
- Moving into your newly finished space!
